Booking and Payment
a. To book a fishing charter, customers must make a payment in full at the time of booking.
b. We accept payment by credit card (Stripe), Direct Bank Transfer, or other forms of electronic payment.
c. All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and do not include taxes and other charges imposed by payment handlers.
d. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to inclement weather, mechanical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation and Refunds
a. If you need to cancel your fishing charter, please do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip time. We will provide a full refund for cancellations made within this timeframe.
b. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled trip time will not be refunded.
c. We reserve the right to cancel a fishing charter due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund.
Safety
a. Safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right to cancel a fishing charter if we believe it is unsafe to go out on the water.
b. Customers are required to wear life jackets at all times while on the boat.
c. Customers are responsible for their own safety and should follow all instructions given by our crew.
Liability
a. Our fishing charter company is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property that occurs while on the boat.
b. Customers assume all risks associated with participating in a fishing charter.
c. We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.
Fishing Regulations
a. All customers must comply with local fishing regulations and obtain any necessary licenses or permits.
b. Customers are responsible for their own equipment and bait, unless otherwise specified in their booking.
c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates local fishing regulations.
